Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the top off the bell pepper and remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside. 2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened. 3. Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned. Stir in the dried thyme, dried sage, salt, and pepper. 4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the cooked quinoa and dried cranberries. 5. Spoon the turkey mixture into the bell pepper and place it in a baking dish. 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bell pepper is tender and the turkey is cooked through. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
