Steps
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat some oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add onions and sauté until translucent.
3. Add tomatoes, turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until tomatoes soften.
4. Add cooked pasta to the pan and mix well.
5. Sprinkle dairy-free cheese on top and let it melt slightly.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
