Vegetable Fritters

Delicious and crispy fritters made with carrots, onions, and potatoes. Perfect as a vegetarian snack or appetizer!

Steps

1. Grate the carrot, onion, and potato. 2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the grated vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 5. Scoop spoonfuls of the vegetable mixture into the pan and flatten slightly with the back of the spoon. 6. Fry until golden brown on both sides, around 3-4 minutes per side. 7. Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
