Steps

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Place the cereal in a plastic bag and crush it until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs. 3. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 4. Dip the chicken breast in the flour, shaking off any excess. 5. Dip the chicken breast in the beaten egg, then coat it with the crushed cereal, pressing firmly to adhere. 6. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. 7. Add the chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. 8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is crispy. 9. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
