
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and core the apple, then dice it into small pieces.
- Cut the bread into cubes.
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender.
- In a large skillet, melt the vegan butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced apple to the skillet and cook until slightly softened.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the bread cubes and steamed broccoli.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the vegan cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
