Steps
1. Peel the orange and separate it into segments. Set aside.
2. In a small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil. Add the oatmeal and cook according to package instructions.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked oatmeal, mashed potato, honey, and soy sauce. Mix well.
4. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into bite-sized balls.
5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the oatmeal balls on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
6. Serve the oatmeal balls with the orange segments as a refreshing dip or accompaniment.
