
Steps
- Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken breast until cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add the carrot and potato. Sauté for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add the diced tomato and cook for another 2 minutes.
