Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. Remove chicken and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
6. Add apple slices and sage leaves, cook for 3-4 minutes until apples soften.
7. Pour in chicken broth and honey, stir to combine and simmer for 2 minutes.
8. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the apple-sage sauce over it.
9. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to meld flavors.
10. Serve warm with the apple and sage sauce on top.
