Arabian Banana Pancakes

Steps

1. In a mixing bowl, mash the banana with a fork until smooth. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, spices, and salt. 3. Add the mashed banana, milk, honey, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix. 4. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Grease it lightly with oil. 5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute or until golden brown. 6. Repeat with the remaining batter. 7. Serve the pancakes warm with honey, sliced bananas, and chopped nuts if desired.
