1. In a bowl, combine crumbled tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, turmeric, and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the tofu mixture to the other side.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is heated through.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Sprinkle green onions on top and serve hot.
