1. In a small bowl, mix together the coffee grounds, minced garlic, and milk until well combined.
2. Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken slices. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the coffee-garlic mixture over it.
7. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the chicken and mushrooms.
8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
