- In a small bowl, mix together the coffee grounds, minced garlic, and milk until well combined.
- Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken slices. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the coffee-garlic mixture over it.
- Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the chicken and mushrooms.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
