Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then cook it in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked. Once cooked, shred the chicken into small pieces.
3. In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth, then add the shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
5. In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, followed by the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, and tomato slices. Pour the cheese sauce evenly over the top.
6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
