Spanish Beef and Avocado Jam

A delicious Spanish main dish combining tender beef with creamy avocado jam, infused with garlic and onions.

Steps

1. Slice the beef into thin strips. 2. In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth. Add the jam and mix well. 3. Finely chop the garlic and onion. 4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and onions and sauté until golden brown. 5. Add the beef strips to the pan and cook until browned. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Spread the avocado jam mixture over the cooked beef. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
