Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
2. Add the cubed beef, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin. Brown the beef on all sides.
3. Stir in the sliced carrots and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
5. Add chopped nuts and stir well. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
