
Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, cook the salmon fillet until done. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté mushrooms until golden.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan with mushrooms.
- Crack an egg into the pasta and stir well until egg is cooked.
- Flake the cooked salmon and add it to the pasta.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let it melt.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
