Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice the chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket for stuffing.
3. Season the inside of the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
4. Cut the avocado into slices and stuff them inside the chicken breast pocket.
5. Secure the opening of the chicken breast with toothpicks.
6. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
7. Sear the stuffed chicken breast on both sides until golden brown.
8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
9. Remove the toothpicks and serve the avocado stuffed chicken breast hot.
