
Steps
- Cut the avocado in half. Remove the stone inside and scoop the flesh out into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until mostly smooth.
- Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
- Add the eggs and scramble them until almost cooked.
- Pour in the milk and tuna and stir everything together.
- Add the mashed avocado and stir to combine. Cook for a couple of minutes until the mixture is hot.
- Serve with extra butter and enjoy!
