Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half. Remove the stone inside and scoop the flesh out into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until mostly smooth.
2. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
3. Add the eggs and scramble them until almost cooked.
4. Pour in the milk and tuna and stir everything together.
5. Add the mashed avocado and stir to combine. Cook for a couple of minutes until the mixture is hot.
6. Serve with extra butter and enjoy!
