1. Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente in consistency. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté sliced mushrooms and garlic until mushrooms are golden brown, about 5 minutes. 3. Add chicken and cook for two minutes until heated through. 4. Pour in cream and bring to a simmer. 5.
