Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. 3. In a greased baking dish, layer the diced vegetables. 4. Pour the whisked eggs over the vegetables. 5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. 6. Season with salt and pepper. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set. 8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
