
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the diced vegetables.
- Pour the whisked eggs over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
