Spicy Shrimp Stir-Fry

A delicious and fiery main dish featuring succulent shrimp stir-fried with an array of colorful vegetables, coated in a spicy sauce.

Steps

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. 2. Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. 4. Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for an additional minute. 5. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and cornstarch mixture. 6. Pour the sauce into the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened. 7. Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Serve the spicy shrimp stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles.
