Steps
1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips.
2. Mince the garlic cloves.
3. Slice the red and green bell peppers into thin strips.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Add the chicken strips and minced garlic to the pan and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly browned.
6. Add the sliced bell peppers to the pan and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, until the peppers are slightly softened.
7. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and sesame oil.
8. Pour the sauce over the chicken and peppers in the pan, stirring to coat evenly.
9. Reduce the heat to low and let the dish simmer for 1-2 minutes.
10. Serve the garlic chicken stir-fry over a bed of cooked rice.
