Step 1: Preparation Cook the brown rice ahead of time. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked brown rice, silken tofu, and the egg. Mash the tofu with a spoon or whisk until it incorporates with the egg to form a creamy, thick consistency. Step 2: Add Greens Wash and finely chop the spinach.
