Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the chicken thigh skin-side down and cook until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
5. Flip the chicken and add minced garlic, cooking for another minute.
6. Mix honey and soy sauce in a small bowl.
7. Brush the honey-soy mixture over the chicken.
8. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
9. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes.
10. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
