1. Peel and slice the banana into halves or thirds lengthwise. 2. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, rice flour, sugar, salt, and water to form a smooth batter. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 4. Dip each banana piece into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated. 5. Carefully place the battered banana into the hot oil and fry until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. 6. Remove from oil and drain excess oil on paper towels. 7.
