Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Brush a small baking dish with melted butter and lay the phyllo dough flat, brushing the top with more butter.
3. In a bowl, mix the walnuts, pistachios, sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the phyllo dough.
4. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Spread this mixture over the nut layer.
5. Fold the edges of the phyllo dough over the cheesecake filling, brushing with more butter as needed.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
7. Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey, and let it cool slightly before serving.
