Balsamic Chicken with Roasted Grapes

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides. 3. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, add the grapes around the chicken, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. 5. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 6.
