Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, add the grapes around the chicken, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
5. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice the chicken and serve with the roasted grapes on top.
