Steps
1. In a pot, bring water to a simmer. Add in fish fillet and cook until tender.
2. Remove the fish, shred it, and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add broccoli florets, nuts, and potato (if using). Cook until veggies are tender.
4. Add cauliflower rice and shredded fish. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Let simmer for a few more minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
