Beef Fajitas

Colorful and filling beef fajitas with all the trimmings!

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2. Place the steak on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, cumin, and pepper, and massage into the steak. 3. Add the onions and peppers to the baking sheet and toss lightly with the seasonings. 4. Roast the steak and veggies for 15 minutes, until the steak is cooked through and the onion and peppers are softened. 5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese and garlic powder. 6. Transfer the steak and veggies to a plate and let cool for a few minutes. Slice the steak into thin strips. 7. To assemble the fajitas, spread the cream cheese onto each tortilla. Top with steak and peppers. 8. Fold the tortillas in half and serve with your desired toppings!
