1. Cook the whole grain spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain. 2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, chopped onion, Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. 3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides, about 5 minutes. 5. Add crushed tomatoes to the skillet, reduce heat to low, and let the meatballs simmer in the sauce for 10-12 minutes until cooked through. 6.
