Beef with Mushroom Sauce

A savoury and hearty beef main dish with a rich and creamy mushroom sauce.

Steps

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add the beef mince, onion, garlic, oregano and mushrooms. Cook until beef is browned and vegetables are soft, about 8-10 minutes. 3. Add the tomato paste and stir to combine. Simmer for 2 minutes. 4. Add the cream and stir again. Simmer for a few more minutes until the sauce is thick and creamy. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 6. Serve the beef with mushroom sauce over your favourite side dish. Enjoy!
