1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add the diced pork belly and sauté until browned on all sides. 3. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant. 4. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and rice wine, stirring to coat the meat. 5. Pour in the water and bring to a simmer. 6. Add the cubed pumpkin and season with salt and pepper. 7. Cover and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, or until the meat is tender and the pumpkin is soft. 8.
