Broccoli and Chicken Stir-Fry

Steps

1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. 3. Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through. 4. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender. 5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. 6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, stirring well to coat. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. 9. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
