Steps
1. Using a spiralizer, create zucchini noodles from the zucchinis and set them aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
5. Stir in the zucchini noodles and lemon juice, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until the noodles are slightly softened.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
