Steps
Wash the strawberries and gently pat them dry.
Cut the tops off the strawberries and scoop out a small amount of the flesh to create space for the filling.
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Using a piping bag or a small spoon, fill each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of the filled strawberries for added crunch.
