Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, grated cheddar cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Slice the pandesal in half horizontally.
4. Spread the cheese mixture generously on each half of the pandesal.
5. Place the pandesal halves on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving.
