1. Start by boiling water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. 2. While the pasta is cooking, season the shin steak with salt, pepper, and paprika. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shin steak and sear it for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. 4. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips. 5. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium, add the milk cream, and stir until heated through. Adjust seasoning if necessary. 6. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Toss well to coat the pasta in the sauce. 7. Serve the creamy pasta topped with sliced shin steak and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
