- Start by boiling water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, season the shin steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shin steak and sear it for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium, add the milk cream, and stir until heated through. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Toss well to coat the pasta in the sauce.
- Serve the creamy pasta topped with sliced shin steak and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
