Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, and Alfredo sauce. Mix well.
5. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
