Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Slice the chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through. 3. In a small bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper. 4. Stuff the cheese mixture into the chicken pocket and secure with toothpicks if necessary. 5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. 6. Sear the stuffed chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. 7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. 8. Remove toothpicks before serving. Enjoy warm.
