Steps

1. Heat a non-stick pan over a medium-high heat. 2. Butter one side of a slice of bread and place it into the pan butter side down. 3. Sprinkle the grated cheese onto the bread. 4. Whisk the egg and a pinch of salt together and pour it into the pan. 5. Gently push the edges of the egg towards the middle and let the omelette cook for about 2 minutes. 6. Place the remaining slice of bread over the omelette and flip the sandwich to cook it on the other side. 7. Let the sandwich cook until the egg is cooked and the cheese has melted. 8. Top the sandwich with ketchup and serve.
