Steps
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk egg until light and fluffy.
2. Add in diced apples, onions, ketchup, breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt and pepper and mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
3. Heat butter in a small non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Pour in the egg and apple mixture and wait until the edges are set and can be flipped.
5. Flip the omelet and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden.
6. Serve warm.
