
Steps
- Peel the potato and cut it into small cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the potato cubes with cornstarch, five-spice powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, and salt. Toss well to coat.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated potato cubes and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
