Steps
1. Peel and grate the apple.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the grated apple.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
4. Pour the egg and apple mixture onto the pan, forming small pancakes.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges are set, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Remove the pancakes from the pan and drizzle with honey.
