Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey glaze over the salmon, making sure to coat it well.
- Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
