
Steps
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, until they start to soften.
- Stir in the dried basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat it with the tomato mixture.
- Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle the diced mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta. Stir gently to melt the cheese.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
