Cheesy Tomato Pasta

A delicious vegetarian Italian dish that combines cheesy goodness with the tanginess of tomatoes, served over a bed of pasta.

Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside. 2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, until they start to soften. 4. Stir in the dried basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat it with the tomato mixture. 6. Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle the diced mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta. Stir gently to melt the cheese. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
