Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Slice the tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds. 3. In a small bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 4. Arrange half of the tomato slices in a single layer in a greased baking dish. 5. Sprinkle half of the cheese mixture over the tomatoes. 6. Repeat the layers with the remaining tomatoes and cheese mixture. 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
