Garlic Butter Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). 3. Add spinach leaves and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in cream cheese until combined. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice a pocket into the side of the chicken breast. 5. Stuff the spinach and cheese mixture into the chicken pocket. 6. Season the outside of the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. 7. In an oven-safe pan, melt butter over medium heat. Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. 8. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. 9. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
