Garlic Butter Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

A succulent chicken breast stuffed with garlicky sautéed spinach and creamy cheese, baked to perfection. This dish is a healthy and flavorful main course, perfect for a quick yet impressive meal.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Wash and dry the spinach. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 4. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. 5. Stir in cream cheese until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Cut a pocket into the side of the chicken breast. 7. Stuff the spinach mixture into the chicken breast pocket. 8. Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper. 9. In an oven-safe pan, melt butter over medium heat. 10. Sear the chicken breast on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. 11. Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. 12. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
