Steps
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, combine chopped nuts, panko breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
4. Dip the chicken breast into the egg, then coat thoroughly with the nut and breadcrumb mixture.
5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
6. Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
8. Remove chicken from oven and brush with maple syrup glaze.
9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
