Steps

1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 3. Add chopped spinach to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes until wilted. 4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan over the spinach. 5. Let the eggs set slightly, then gently stir with a spatula to scramble. 6. When eggs are halfway cooked, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. 7. Continue to cook until eggs are fully set but still moist and cheese is melted. 8. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
