Cheesy Spinach Omelette

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 2. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. 3. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted. 4. Pour the whisked eggs over the spinach and let it cook for a minute or two until the edges start to set. 5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the omelette. 6. Carefully fold the omelette in half using a spatula. 7. Cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked through. 8. Remove from heat and transfer to a plate. 9. Serve hot and enjoy!
